I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. This allows us to focus fully on your care—without the limitations or requirements often placed by insurance companies.
Many clients choose private pay for greater privacy, flexibility, and a more personalized therapeutic experience.

Payment
Cash is accepted, as well all major credit and debit cards or FSA cards. A card may be kept securely on file for convenience and will be charged at time of each session unless other arrangements are made.
Payment is due at time of service. For extended sessions or intensives, payment plans may be available and can be arranged in advance. Some sliding scale appointments may be available and rates could increase.
Payment is due at time of booking. Prepaid sessions are non-refundable but may be scheduled or applied to another service within six months
I work with women across Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Danville, Concord, and surrounding Contra Costa County communities.
I do not accept insurance and operate as a private-pay practice.

Upon request, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company. A superbill is an itemized invoice healthcare providers offer to clients who pay out-of-pocket for seat you should know:
What is a Superbill? A document given to you by your therapist summarizing the services provided.
Used for insurance reimbursement if your therapist is out-of-network.
Key Information Included:
Provider Details: Name, credentials, license number, and NPI (National Provider Identifier).
Client Details: Name, date of birth, and possibly an insurance ID.
Service Information: Date of service, type of service (e.g., individual therapy), and CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) codes.
Diagnosis Code(s): Required by insurers to process claims.
Payment Details: The amount paid and the provider's signature.
