Midlife, Perimenopause & Menopause Support
A grounded, healing space to reconnect with yourself in this season of change
This isn’t just something I support others through—
I'm living it too.
As a woman in midlife, I know firsthand how tender, challenging, and transformative this stage of life can be. While there may be moments of grief as we let go of certain parts of ourselves, midlife is not defined by loss. It can also be a season of growth, wisdom, self-discovery, and possibility.
I want younger women to know that we don't spend our lives mourning our youth. We continue evolving, learning, creating, and becoming. We are still vibrant, beautiful, and deeply capable. With age comes confidence, perspective, and a clearer sense of who we are. Midlife isn't an ending—it's an invitation to live more authentically and embrace all that is still ahead.
At the same time, this transition can feel overwhelming. You may be experiencing:
Mood shifts that seem to come out of nowhere
Brain fog or difficulty concentrating
Frustration with body changes and realizing that what once worked no longer does
Anxiety, irritability, or feeling unlike yourself
A longing for clarity, rest, balance, or simply feeling like yourself again
If this sounds familiar, you're not alone. What you're experiencing is real, valid, and shared by many women navigating this season of life. Support is available, and you don't have to figure it out on your own.
Let’s talk about what’s actually happening.
Nearly 80% of women go through emotional or physical symptoms during perimenopause or menopause.¹
Many experience increased anxiety or depression, often linked to hormonal fluctuations.²
The average age for perimenopause onset is 45, but symptoms can begin earlier—and last for several years.³
And yet, women are often expected to power through with little support, silence, or shame.
What therapy can offer during this sacred transition
Midlife isn’t just about hormones—it’s about identity. Roles shift. Your body changes. You start asking deeper questions about purpose, connection, and meaning.
In my work as a therapist—and in my own journey—I’ve seen how healing it can be to have space to process this all.
Together, we can:
Make space for grief, confusion, or anger
Reclaim your voice and honor your boundaries
Understand the science behind what your body is doing
Hold the emotional, physical, and spiritual shifts with compassion
Discover the you emerging in this next chapter
You deserve support, not silence.
Midlife isn’t a problem to fix—it’s an invitation to soften, to grow, to come home to yourself in a deeper way.
As someone walking this path with you, I offer empathy, perspective, and a steady presence through the waves.
