In Office & Online Therapy

The advantages of therapy can be experienced either through traditional, in-person sessions or from the convenience and seclusion of your residence. Notably, EMDR therapy can still be provided via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.

Walk and Talk Therapy

Walk and talk therapy is a unique counseling approach that incorporates the outdoors and nature into the therapeutic process. Research has shown that physical movement assists in the therapeutic process, allowing clients to open up more freely. These sessions require additional coordination and last a full 60 minutes to ensure a productive and beneficial experience.
